Terms And Conditions

Prices may vary depending on what you want in the design.

Commissions are for NON-COMMERCIAL use, if this is not the case, you must inform me.

You can use the art on your social networks and print for personal use only.

Show me references and specify in detail what you want. Tell us about your character's characteristics, hair, clothes, what pose you want, the colors you want in the drawing, whether you want scenery, etc.

Please make all your ideas clear. While I am working on your commission, we will need to have good communication, so that the end result is the way you imagined.

Revisions will only be free on the draft part, if you want to change something after that, depending on what it is, a fee may apply.

All commissions will be posted on my social media, if you do not want this, please communicate in advance.

You may not resell the art or alter it without my consent. You cannot remove my signature from it.

Please be aware that the rights to use the art are still mine.

The final product is not physical and will be delivered in PNG and TIF format, if you wish to receive it in another format, please communicate.

You can pay 100% of the amount in advance or 50% in advance and 50% at the end before I show you the finished drawing.

Payments via Paypal.

If you want to use my art to promote your business, such as printing it as a gift, a usage fee of 1.5x the value of the art will apply. If the price of the artwork is R$50.00, you will pay me USD$75.00, with USD$25.00 being the usage fee.

If you wish to use my artwork for resale, a usage fee of 2x the value of the artwork will apply. If the price of the artwork is USD$50.00, you will pay me USD$100.00, with USD$50.00 being the usage fee.

If the buyer breaches the above points, he will lose all rights to the art made by me, and I will have the right to profit from the work.
